All trains and stations are handicapped accessible. Our stations feature level boarding, elevators, visual and audible messaging systems, and monitors displaying arrival times. Train personnel are also available to assist in boarding.

New Haven State Street Station has bicycle racks, pick-up and drop-off areas, and a pedestrian bridge for easy accessibility to the Track 4 and Track 6 platforms. All trains and stations are handicapped accessible. Track 1 is on the side closest to the street and station entrance. Track 4 is the middle track, and Track 6 is the furthest from the station entrance, sharing an island platform with Track 4.
All CTrail Shore Line East bus substitutions will pick up and drop off passengers in front of State Street Station.
