ACCESSIBILITY:

All trains and stations are handicapped accessible.

Customers who are riding an Amtrak cross-honor train and require special accommodations must call Amtrak customer service at 1-800-USA-RAIL for further assistance.

STATION INFORMATION:

Old Saybrook Station is equipped with pick-up and drop-off areas and a pedestrian bridge for easy accessibility to all platforms. Track 3 is the northernmost track on the side furthest from the parking lot. Track 1 is the Middle track on the south side of the island platform. Track 2 is the track closest to the parking lot.

BUS SUBSTITUTION INFORMATION:

All CTrail Shore Line East bus substitutions will pick up and drop off passengers on the south side of Old Saybrook Station, outside the Amtrak ticket office by the pizza shop.

Parking:

Over 300 parking spaces are allotted for CTrail Shore Line East commuters across four parking areas. (Park at your own risk.)

There are 124 spaces in the Southwest corner of the larger parking area, identified by signs and a flagpole marking the entrance. An additional 200 spaces are on the south side, running along the tracks.  Old Saybrook station allows free overnight parking.

Free daily parking is also available to commuters along both sides of 3 North Main Street. Please note overnight parking in this area is prohibited.
