I-95 South to Exit 47: Route 34 - Downtown New Haven. Get on the
Route 34 extension.
From I-95 North —
I-95 North to Exit 47: Route 34 - Downtown New Haven. Get on the
Route 34 extension.
From I-91 South —
I-91 South to Exit 1: Route 34 - Downtown New Haven. Get on the
Route 34 extension.
Once on Route 34 extension (from all of the above) —
Take the first Exit - Exit 1 - Downtown New Haven/Coliseum. Stay
straight to go onto N. Frontage Road to Church Street. Turn right
onto Church Street. Go 4 blocks and turn right on to Chapel street.
Go 2 blocks to State Street and turn left. State Street Railroad
Station will be on your right.

I-91:
Exit 1 or I-95: Exit 47 — take the Route 34 extension.
Follow to the first exit — New Haven Coliseum. Make the hard
(180 degree) right turn immediately, go to the light and turn
right onto Union Avenue. The train station and parking are two
blocks ahead on your left.
